BluJac125Gaining experience in Human Capital Management and Consulting through continuing professional growth through the ranks, Diane continues to sharpen her expertise. She is currently acquiring her Masters in Industrial Psychology at Argosy University. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Georgia State University.

Beginning her business acumen as co-founder of two of Atlanta’s longest surviving and most popular restaurants, Provino’s and Scalini’s Italian Restaurants, she understands the needs and challenges of small to medium size businesses. In addition, working in several different industries gives her a well-rounded view of business demands.

In 2001, she founded and currently serves as President of Performance Strategies, Inc. Diane administers and debriefs assessments for hiring, performance management, coaching, and workforce planning.

She is a registered Corporate Coach (RCC), Leaders Coaching Leaders Coach (LCL) and facilitator; Professional Behavioral Analyst (CPBA) (DISC Certified); Certified Values Analyst (CPVA); Personal Talent and Skills Inventory (PTSI); certified Master Trainer and Instructional Designer/Developer and is the author of 5 books.

Memberships include Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and National and Georgia Speakers Association (NSA); she serves as VP of Finance for the Georgia Chapter

In a former life, Diane was an actress and model.  She appeared in numerous commercials and did a national spot for Delta airlines. She also did voice overs, print and runway modeling. At one time she was “Daffey Diane,” (some say she still is), a magic clown. She also performed magic as herself winning Magician of the Year for Greater Atlanta.
