- Each group is limited to 8 people
- Competing companies are allowed only with written (email is acceptable) agreement on part of both parties.
- Each participant must take an assessment
- The first session is a debrief of the assessment
- Program formats are based on participant needs with a curriculum as a guide
- One year is our recommendation. This is not a requirement. However, a year’s commitment will maximize learning, enhances group collaboration, build relationships and maintain focus on our collective purpose.
- Passwords for the assessment and information for logging on to the call will be sent once payment is received.
