Coaching

Coaching Growth and improvement involve change. The painful truth is that most CEOs do not understand this change  process. Not understanding this process will lead to the failure of any change initiative, be it mergers and acquisitions, transorganizational developments, changes in leadership, performance management, or some other organizational change. Developing new competencies and skills is essential in every organizational change effort. Coaching plays an important role in the facilitation of each of these endeavors.

Coaching enhances the learning effort to support the acquisition of new skills. Coaching enhances problem solving. Moreover, coaching develops trust, commitment to the project, and participative management and collaboration. In addition, it forces leaders to take a more in depth look at current situations, set goals that meet the strategic plan, take action and invite continued reflection and continuous learning.

Our coaching program begins with a valid and reliable assessment process. Each client then receives a one-on-one debrief with guidance to utilize the information in an effective manner addressing his/her current situation and to begin laying plans for future success.
