Diane has long been a student of human nature. Early on, she found herself drawn to the world of acting – not for the recognition – but for the chance to get inside the head of the character she was being asked to play. Looking for the motivation behind the actions intrigued her, and bringing these roles to life gave her a unique insight into human nature.She found that her interest in and study of human behavior and performance served her well when she became a human resource professional. She put her knowledge of motivation to work as she hired, trained, managed, coached, counseled and disciplined employees.
Diane has over 20 years of combined experience as a coach, speaker, and trainer, in the hospitality, manufacturing, and pest control industries, in various associations, as well as preschool and governmental sectors.

Ray Hobbs started his hospitality career while attending high school in Florence, S.C. He began his 40 year career as a “bellboy” at the Holiday Inn. Ray has realized continuing growth through the management ranks obtaining his CHA designation in 1983.
Ray currently serves as Senior Vice President for Kelco Management & Development, a privately held hotel company in Jacksonville, Florida. Ray oversees and directs the operations of the company’s managed hotels. Prior to his role at Kelco, Mr. Hobbs served as President & C.O.O. at Divi Resorts, a timeshare multi-use resort company with nine resorts on six Caribbean islands. Mr. Hobbs created strategies and an Executive Team to provide leadership and direction for the company’s future growth.
Ray has acquired extensive experience in all hotel related disciplines. He has served in management roles for franchise affiliations such as Hilton, Sheraton, Holiday Inn, and Clarion Hotels. Ray’s success is a result of his unique ability to quickly define business issues and implement actions to direct cost-effective solutions towards improving results. Mr. Hobbs’ background includes development of sales, marketing, and operations strategies to revive and/or reposition hotel operations.
In 1991, Mr. Hobbs formed Atlantis Hospitality Group in response to ownership requests for assistance in site selection and sale of real estate holdings. In the years since, Ray has recognized ever-increasing needs from owners, developers, financial institutions, and real estate companies for access to experienced talent, information, and resources to assist in day-to-day hotel operations. Ray has brought together these resources within a highly competent and diverse group of experienced hospitality industry professionals.

Dr. Patty, as she is affectionately called by the kids, is more enthused than ever about helping our youth have hope for fulfilling their dreams with Envision Your Future. Patty O'Sullivan, Ph.D. was born to teach and her gift for teaching has extended far beyond the conventional classroom. For the past 35 years, her ability to see a need and meet it, has carried her from the classroom to the inner-city, to the migrant fields, to the chemically addicted, to Hollywood, to needy rural communities, with adjudicated youth and back to the classroom. With her latest program, Envision Your Future, a positive youth development program, Dr. Patty is spreading a wide net to capture our youth in the excitement of their dreams.
