DISC is the “HOW” of an individual’s actions. Research has consistently shown that behavioral characteristics can be grouped together into four quadrants, or styles. Sales Strategy Index (SSI) Your business is in the hands of your sales personnel.

The SSI presents 54 different “real life” sales situations. Each situation has four alternative ways to be handled.
